Wood Smoked Salmon 190G

Winner of the 2011 Mudgee Fine Food Silver Award.
Our Atlantic Salmon is sourced from Tasmania.
Our fresh salmon is filleted and all bones removed. We then hot smoke it leaving it slightly pink in the centre, so you get a wonderfully moist piece of fish.
Try it with pasta in a beautiful creamy leek sauce

Salmon, sugar, salt, wood smoke.
