Our ocean trout is sourced from Tasmania, and antibiotic free and a great high protein source.
Our fresh trout is filleted and all bones removed. We then hot smoke it leaving it slightly pink in the centre, so you get a wonderfully moist piece of fish.
Perfect for a quick dinner option as a fresh salad to a stunning whole fillet served with crusty bread and our accompliments of Wasabi Cream and Tuscan Pickled Red Onions.

Ingredients
Ocean trout, sugar, salt, dill, wood smoke.
Good source of omega 3, gluten Free,
