Our Atlantic salmon is sourced from Tasmania and a great high protein source.
Our fresh salmon is filleted and all bones removed. We then hot smoke it leaving it slightly pink in the centre, so you get a wonderfully moist piece of fish.
Try it with pasta in a beautiful creamy leek sauce
