Wood Smoked Salmon 188g

Our Atlantic salmon is sourced from Tasmania and a great high protein source.
Our fresh salmon is filleted and all bones removed. We then hot smoke it leaving it slightly pink in the centre, so you get a wonderfully moist piece of fish.
Try it with pasta in a beautiful creamy leek sauce

Salmon, sugar, salt, wood smoke.
Good source of omega 3, gluten Free

Whole fillet is approx. 1.3 kilo
Portion approx. 190g
